Guadalupe River Park Conservancy健身系列活動
活動: 每個週六上午来Guadalupe River Park Conservancy吧，與健身教練Kristin和Janet一起沿著Guadalupe River步行道尋找快樂、健康和友誼。無論參與者是剛剛開始健身課程還是強化現有課程，教練將在步行道上提供指導和激勵。適合各種健身水準的間歇性訓練，在配合以進一步的力量和靈活性鍛煉。
