在12月下旬風暴侵襲後開放的Santa Cruz縣災害恢復中心將在週四後關閉運行，但仍將在網上提供申請幫助。

此後，居民仍可訪問DisasterAssistance.gov或致電（800）621-FEMA（3362）獲取幫助。

災難恢復中心有兩個辦事處，分別位於：County Government Building，701 Ocean St.，Santa Cruz；City Government Center，250 Main St.，Watsonville。

援助只適用於1月31日之前風暴造成的損失。總統Joe Biden於1月14日簽署Presidential Disaster Declaration，它不包括對1月31日後侵襲Santa Cruz縣的風暴造成的損失的進一步援助。
