週六，Richmond和San Francisco之間的週末輪渡試運行開始。
根據Water Emergency Transportation Authority，這個試驗專案將在每個週末運行五班往返程，並一直持續到11月3日。
票價將與通勤價格相匹配，包括青少年、老年和殘疾乘客的折扣。
渡輪兩岸網站分別是Richmond Ferry Terminal， Ford Point，Richmond；San Francisco Ferry Terminal，San Francisco市區。
Richmond輪渡線在1月份已經開通了工作日服務。
