CCHP華人健保計劃很榮幸的宣佈獲得美國聯邦醫療計劃管理機構 CMS(Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services)2018年健保計劃的4顆半星評價。

CCHP華人健保計劃很高興與現有社區會員分享這個榮耀的消息。這項意義也呈現出目前的CCHP會員們受到尊貴服務品質，包括客服態度，優惠計畫條款及藥品計劃及更多服務。

CMS在對各種健保計劃做評估並給予星級評價時是根據健保計劃的品質、表現及其他許多因素來評分，大致是下列五種類別：

• Staying Healthy (保持健康): 健康檢查、注射預防針，包括會員們定期接受體檢、預防針注射及其他檢查，保持身體的常態健康。
• Managing Chronic (long-term) condition: (慢性疾病管理):包括對患有慢性病的會員們實施追蹤，患者是否有定期做體檢或治療來幫助他們保持健康。
• Member experience with the health plan: 包括會員們對華人保健計劃的服務評價。
• Member complaints and changes in the health plan’s performance: 包括醫療團隊對於健保計劃流程發生問題，或是會員們對於健保計劃遇到問題。這些問題需要多久才會被更正改進。
• Health Plan Customer Service :包括華人健保計劃如何妥善處理會員們的申訴問題。
