華人保健計劃（CCHP），華美醫師協會（CCHCA）及美亞醫療集團（AAMG）已經達成一個協議以終結他們的訴訟。這個協議是在2017年2月14日舉行的法庭主持下的和解會議上達成的。
「為了我們社區的利益著想，雙方撤銷訴訟是個明智的決定，」華美醫師協會暨美亞醫療集團主席梁禮崇醫生表示，「我們繼續致力於為我們的社區提供優質及迎合文化的醫療護理服務。」
「一如既往，華人保健計劃的首要任務是保障我們會員的權益。我們將繼續為社區提供最佳醫療護理及醫療保障。」華人保健計劃行政總裁余金玲表示。
「我非常高興看到兩個機構之間的分歧終於得到解決，我們現在能夠將精力完全集中於我們的社區及提供優質服務的使命之上。」華人保健計劃董事長何國杰表示。
華美醫師協會(CCHCA)是一個非牟利的獨立執業醫生協會，在三藩市灣區擁有近300名醫生會員，他們自1982年起，以優質的醫療服務為社區服務超逾30年。

Chinese Community Health Plan, Chinese Community Health Care Association and AAMG have reached an agreement to end their litigation.
The agreement was reached in a Court-sponsored settlement conference held on February 14, 2017. “It is in the best interests of our community to
put this situation behind us,” says Dr. Eric Leung, President of CCHCA and AAMG. “We are main committed to providing excellent, and culturally competent, health care services to our Community.”

Brenda Yee, Chief Executive Officer of CCHP.
