Hi Brian,
In regard to the articles of the express lanes on 237, obviously the residents in Milpitas are not included in their time savings commuter group even though 237 is exactly the extension of Calaveras Blvd.
The Milpitas commuters are not only unable to sue the fast lane but also have lost the carpool lane.
I (and a group of other Milpitas residents) would like your advise on more info of this 237 express lane, and where we can get help from for the complaints.
