職位概述The Clinical Social Worker’s primary responsibilities are psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, consultation, education , community linkages and supportive services for identified patients, families and staff. The Clinical Social Worker (MSW) coordinates resources and services in response to individual patient’s psychosocial needs and fiscal realities. The MSW is an active member of the interdisciplinary team contributing to team goal setting, ensuring timely discharge. The MSW acts as a consultant to the clinical team, service lines and other departments and participates in program development and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications任職資格

1. Master’s degree from a CSWE accredited school of Social Work.社會工作CSWE認可學校碩士學位。

2. Knowledge and abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to the position.職位職責成功履行所需要的知識和能力。

3. Demonstrates resourcefulness, effective written and oral communication, diplomacy, organizational and analytic skills.口頭或書面表達能力、社交能力強、組織和分析能力。靈活。

4. Self-directed, assertive and creative in problem solving, systems planning and patient care management in a high volume work environment.具備自我管理能力、自信，在問題解決上具備創造力，高壓力工作環境下系統規劃和病人護理管理能力
