The Hard Rock Casino Tejon — which could become California’s largest casino — is being developed through a partnership between the Tejon Indian Tribe and Florida-based Hard Rock International. The property is now set to open on November 13, more than a month earlier than originally scheduled.
In an email statement to the media, Chris Kelley, President of Hard Rock Casino Tejon, said:
“The early completion of Hard Rock Casino Tejon reflects our team’s commitment — along with that of the Tejon Indian Tribe and the community — to fully support this project.”
Once open, it will be one of California’s largest casinos.
Kelley added, “We knew how important it was to finish this project early, especially before the holiday season, and that’s exactly what we’ve done. In just a few weeks, we’ll be lighting up this beautiful casino — and we couldn’t be more excited.”
The casino will feature 150,000 square feet of gaming space — a size comparable to some of the largest properties in Las Vegas, including the MGM Grand and Bellagio.
