以下專案將在未來六個月內開始施工：
Friendship Senior Housing (1904 Adeline Street)：10套保障性公寓，1套非限制管理人公寓（共50套公寓）-1900萬元。開發商：Community Housing Development Corporation和Friendship Community Development Corporation The Phoenix (801 Pine Street): 52套保障性公寓，1套非限制管理人公寓（共101套公寓）-2600萬元。開發商：East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation和Allied Housing Inc.
