Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development\u7684\u6578\u64da, VMC\u662f\u52a0\u5dde\u6700\u5927\u548c\u6700\u5b89\u5168\u91ab\u9662\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c2013\u5e74\u67093500\u500b\u5b30\u5152\u5728\u6b64\u8a95\u751f\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u4fdd\u6301\u4e86\u5f88\u4f4e\u7684\u5256\u8179\u7522\u6bd4\u7387\u3002VMC\u5728\u5236\u5b9aChildren\u2019s Health Initiative\u4e0a\u767c\u63ee\u4e86\u9818\u5c0e\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Children\u2019s Health Initiative\u662f\u7f8e\u570b\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u4ee5\u7e23\u70ba\u57fa\u790e\u7684\u7d71\u4e00\u91ab\u4fdd\u5c08\u6848\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u672c\u5730\u5340\u4f4e\u6536\u5165\u5a66\u5973\u6700\u5927\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u670d\u52d9\u5c08\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n<p>WCC\u5c07\u5229\u7528\u4e00\u5e62\u73fe\u6709\u91ab\u9662\u5efa\u7bc9\uff0c\u6574\u5408\u5152\u79d1\u3001\u751f\u80b2\u548c\u7522\u5f8c\u91ab\u7642\u3002\u5728\u4e00\u500b\u516c\u79c1\u5408\u4f5c\u6a5f\u69cb\u8cc7\u91d1\u652f\u6301\u4e0b\uff0c\u9019\u5e62\u5efa\u7bc9\u5c07\u9032\u884c\u91cd\u5927\u6539\u9020\u548c\u5347\u7d1a\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u5f9e\u666e\u901a\u6210\u4eba\u91ab\u7642\u5411\u5a66\u5973\u5152\u7ae5\u5c08\u79d1\u7684\u8f49\u578b\u3002WCC\u5c07\u5be6\u73fe\u7121\u7e2b\u5c0d\u63a5\u6574\u9ad4\u91ab\u7642\uff0c\u5c07\u4f4f\u9662\u548c\u9580\u8a3a\u7684\u512a\u52e2\u7d9c\u5408\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u512a\u8cea\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u670d\u52d9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>575\u842c\u5143\u7684\u627f\u8afe\u6350\u6b3e\u662f\u9817\u5177\u5206\u91cf\u7684\u4e00\u7b46\u57fa\u790e\u8cc7\u91d1\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u8981\u60f3\u57282016\u5e74\u6210\u70ba\u73fe\u5be6\uff0cWCC\u9805\u76ee\u9700\u8981\u6295\u51652500\u842c\u5143\u3002FIRST 5 Santa Clara County\u6240\u6350\u8d08400\u842c\u5143\u5c07\u7528\u65bc\u5efa\u8a2d\u4f4d\u65bc\u672a\u4f86WCC\u7b2c\u4e09\u5c64\u6a13\u7684\u63a5\u751f\u623f\u548c\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u8b77\u7406\u5ba4\u3002\u5728\u5c0dWCC\u9078\u5740\u9032\u884c\u53c3\u89c0\u5f8c\uff0c\u7576\u5730\u6148\u5584\u5bb6John\u548cAnn
