{"id":7112,"date":"2010-12-26T09:54:36","date_gmt":"2010-12-26T17:54:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/newsforchinese.com\/laozhong\/?p=7112"},"modified":"2012-11-13T13:48:06","modified_gmt":"2012-11-13T21:48:06","slug":"food-booth-regulation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newsforchinese.com\/v3\/2010\/12\/26\/food-booth-regulation\/","title":{"rendered":"\u60f3\u5728\u5712\u904a\u6703\u8a2d\u5c0f\u5403\u6524\u4f4d\u55ce\uff1f\u8acb\u5148\u4e86\u89e3\u76f8\u95dc\u6cd5\u898f"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">\u60a8\u6709\u53c3\u52a0\u6236\u5916\u5927\u578b\u6d3b\u52d5\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u55ce\uff1f\u5c62\u5c62\u770b\u5230\u5c0f\u5403\u6524\u751f\u610f\u9f0e\u76db\uff0c\u60f3\u60f3\u5982\u679c\u81ea\u5df1\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u4e5f\u4f86\u5617\u8a66\u4e00\u756a\u9019\u7a2e\u751f\u610f\u662f\u4e0d\u662f\u4e5f\u6703\u65e5\u9032\u842c\u91d1\u5462\uff1f\u672c\u5831\u7279\u5225\u5c07Santa Clara\u7e23\u885b\u751f\u5c40\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u898f\u5b9a\u505a\u4e00\u6b21\u6574\u7406\uff0c\u8b93\u60f3\u505a\u505a\u81e8\u6642\u5c0f\u5403\u6524\u751f\u610f\u7684\u8b80\u8005\u6709\u4e00\u7a2e\u4f9d\u898f\u3002 <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> <\/span><\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_7118\" style=\"width: 671px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7118\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7118\" title=\"foodbooth\" src=\"http:\/\/old.newsforchinese.com\/v3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/foodbooth1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"661\" height=\"331\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-7118\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u7db2\u8def\u5716\u7247<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\u81e8\u6642\u5c0f\u5403\u6524\u898f\u5b9a\u6cd5\u5247<br \/>\nREQUIREMENTS FOR TEMPORARY FOOD FACILITIES IN THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA<br \/>\n\u8a31\u53ef\u8b49\u7684\u898f\u5b9a<br \/>\nPermit Requiremenrs<br \/>\n\u6240\u6709\u6d3b\u52d5\u7533\u8acb\u548c\u7533\u8acb\u8cbb\u7528\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u6d3b\u52d5\u8209\u8fa6\u81f3\u5c11\u5169\u9031\u524d\u63d0\u4ea4\u74b0\u5883\u885b\u751f\u55ae\u4f4d\u3002All event applications and applicable fees MUST be submilled to the Department of Environmental Health at least 2 weeks before the event.<\/p>\n<p>\u6d3b\u52d5\u4e2d\u6709\u5169\u500b\u6216\u5169\u500b\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u81e8\u6642\u98df\u7269\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0c\u500b\u4eba\u6216\u7d44\u7e54\u5fc5\u9808\u8ca0\u8cac\u5171\u7528\u8a2d\u65bd\uff08\u5982\u5ec1\u6240\uff0c\u5ee2\u7269\u8655\u7406\uff09\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5fc5\u9808\u7533\u8acb\u6d3b\u52d5\u5354\u8abf\u54e1\/\u7d44\u7e54\u8005\u8a31\u53ef\u8b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>At events with two or more temporary food facilities, a person or organization MUST be responsible for shared facilities (eg, restrooms, waste disposal) and in addition MUST apply for an event coordinator\/organizer permit.<\/p>\n<p>\u7533\u8acb\u4e00\u65e6\u7372\u5f97\u6279\u51c6\uff0c\u672a\u7d93\u74b0\u5883\u885b\u751f\u55ae\u4f4d\u540c\u610f\u4e0d\u5f97\u8b8a\u66f4\u3002<br \/>\nOnce the application is approved. NO changes may be made without approval of the Department of Environmental Health.<br \/>\n\u672a\u7d93\u6388\u6b0a\u7684\u66f4\u6539\u6216\u9055\u53cd\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u98df\u7269\u8a2d\u65bd\u7684\u95dc\u9589\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u4e0d\u8db3\u4e4b\u8655\u5f97\u5230\u6539\u6b63.\u5982\u679c\u4efb\u4f55\u8a31\u53ef\u8b49\u66ab\u505c\uff0c\u5c07\u6703\u6536\u53d6\u91cd\u6aa2\u8cbb<\/p>\n<p>Unauthorized changes or non-compliance may result in closure of food facility until dificiencies are corrected. Re-inspection fees may be assessed if any permits are suspended<\/p>\n<p>\u98df\u54c1\u6524\u4f4d\u642d\u5efa<br \/>\nFOOD BOOTH CONSTRUCTION<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u6709\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u98f2\u6599\u6524\u4f4d\u5fc5\u9808\u6709\u56db\u908a\uff0c\u5c4b\u9802\uff0c\u548c\u5730\u677f\uff0c\u898f\u5b9a\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a\u00a0\u98df\u54c1\u6524\u4f4d\u642d\u5efa\u5fc5\u9808\u6709\u8db3\u5920\u7a7a\u9593\u4ee5\u6eff\u8db3\u6240\u6709\u98df\u7269\u88fd\u5099\uff0c\u8655\u7406\u548c\u5b58\u5132\u9700\u6c42<br \/>\nBooth must be large enough to accommodate all food preparating ,handling,and storage needs<br \/>\n\u5730\u677f\u8868\u9762\u5fc5\u9808\u5e73\u6574\u548c\u5bb9\u6613\u6e05\u6f54<\/p>\n<p>Floor surfaces MUST be smooth and cleanable<\/p>\n<p>\u5e73\u6574\u92ea\u78da\uff0c\u81a0\u5408\u677f\uff0c\u5e06\u5e03\uff0c\u7b49\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528<br \/>\nSmooth pavement ,plywood, canvas, etc. is approved<br \/>\n\u8349\u5730\u6216\u6ce5\u571f\u5c64\u5fc5\u9808\u8986\u84cb\u7d93\u6838\u51c6\u7684\u9632\u6c34\u5e03\u6216\u81a0\u5408\u677f<\/p>\n<p>Grass or dirt floors MUST be covered with approved tarps or plywood<\/p>\n<p>\u7246\u58c1\u548c\u5929\u82b1\u677f\u5fc5\u9808\u5b8c\u5168\u5305\u4f4f\u98df\u54c1\u98f2\u6599\u6524\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u7531\u7d93\u6838\u51c6\u7684\u6750\u6599\u5efa\u6210\uff08\u53c3\u898b\u6d88\u9632\u7f72\u98df\u54c1\u98f2\u6599\u4ead\u5efa\u6750\u8981\u6c42\uff09<br \/>\nWalls and ceilings MUST completely enclose the booth and be made of approved materials (check with fire department for booth material requirements) .<\/p>\n<p>\u6728\u6750\uff0c\u5e06\u5e03\uff0c\u5851\u81a0,16\u773c\u9632\u8805\u5e55\u6216\u985e\u4f3c\u7684\u6750\u6599\u7b49\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528<br \/>\nWood,canvas,plastic,16-mesh fly screening,or similar material is approved) .<\/p>\n<p>\u50b3\u905e\u7a97\u53e3\u958b\u53e3\u4e0d\u5f97\u8d85\u904e\u56db\u4e09\u4e8c\u5e73\u65b9\u82f1\u5bf8\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u80fd\u5b8c\u5168\u5c01\u9589\uff08\u4f8b\u5982velcro \uff09\u3002\u7a97\u6236\u958b\u53e3\u6700\u5c0f\u8ddd\u96e2\u4e0d\u5f97\u5c11\u65bc18\u82f1<br \/>\nPass-thru window openings MUST not exceed 432 square inches and have tighe-fitting closures (eg,Velcro) .Minimum distance between window openings shall not be less than 18 inches<\/p>\n<p>\u4f8b\u5916\u60c5\u6cc1\uff1a\u53ea\u8655\u7406\u9810\u5305\u88dd\u98df\u7269\u6216\u98f2\u6599\u7684\u6524\u4f4d\u4e0d\u9808\u5b8c\u5168\u5bc6\u5c01\uff0c\u67b6\u7a7a\u7c37\u7bf7\u548c\u6613\u6e05\u6f54\u5730\u677f\u5373\u53ef\u3002\u6240\u6709\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u98f2\u6599\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u672a\u958b\u555f\u539f\u5305\u88dd\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u51fa\u552e\u6216\u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52d9EXCEPTION: Booths that handle ONLY food or beverage PREPACKAGED at an approved facility are NOT required to be fully enclosed, just an overhead canopy and cleanable flooring. All food and beverage MUST be sold or served in unopened original packaging<\/p>\n<p>\u5fc5\u9808\u5b89\u88dd\u6e05\u695a\u53ef\u898b\u7684\u6a19\u8b58\uff0c\u6a19\u660e\u6524\u4f4d\u540d\u7a31\uff1a\u57ce\u5e02\uff0c\u5dde\uff0c\u90f5\u905e\u5340\u865f\uff0c\u53ca\u88ab\u6279\u51c6\u4eba\u59d3\u540d\u3002\u975e\u71df\u5229\u6148\u5584\u6524\u4f4d\uff0c\u7121\u9700\u63d0\u4f9b\u6b64\u985e\u6307\u793a\u724c<br \/>\nA clearly visible sign MUST be providod listing the booth name: city, state, zip code,and name of permittee.Non-profit charitable booths are NOT required to provide this signage\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6524\u4f4d\u540d\u7a31\u5b57\u6bcd\u81f3\u5c11\u70ba3\u82f1\u5bf8\u9ad8\uff0c\u7b46\u5283\u81f3\u5c113 \/ 8\u82f1\u5bf8\u5bec<br \/>\nThe hooth name MUST be at least 3 inches high, with strokes at least 3\/8 inches wide<\/p>\n<p>\u5e02\uff0c\u5dde\uff0c\u90f5\u905e\u5340\u865f\uff0c\u53ca\u88ab\u6279\u51c6\u4eba\u59d3\u540d\u5b57\u6bcd\u81f3\u5c111\u82f1\u5bf8\u9ad8\u5ea6<br \/>\nThe city, state, zip code, and name of permittee MUST use lettering at least 1 inch in height<\/p>\n<p>\u98df\u7269\u88fd\u5099\u53ca\u8655\u7406<\/p>\n<p>FOOD PREPARATION AND HANDLING<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u6709\u98df\u54c1\u5fc5\u9808\u4f86\u81ea\u6838\u51c6\u7684\u4f9b\u61c9\u8005<\/p>\n<p>All food MUST be from an approved source<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u79c1\u4eba\u4f4f\u5b85\u5132\u5b58\u3001\u88fd\u5099\u98df\u7269\u98f2\u6599\u4e0d\u5f97\u4f5c\u70ba\u92b7\u552e\u54c1\u63d0\u4f9b\uff0c\u76f4\u63a5\u51fa\u552e\uff0c\u6216\u5206\u767c<\/p>\n<p>Food or beverage that has been stored or prepared in a private home may NOT be offered for sale, sold, or given away<\/p>\n<p>\u6709\u767c\u7968\u526f\u672c\/\u6536\u64da\u4f9b\u5c08\u5bb6\u5be9\u67e5<\/p>\n<p>Have copies of invoices\/receipts for food, available for review by Specialist<br \/>\n\u6240\u6709\u8a2d\u5099\u548c\u5668\u5177\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u7d93\u904e\u74b0\u5883\u885b\u751f\u55ae\u4f4d\u6838\u51c6<br \/>\nAll equipment and utensils MUST be approved by the Department of Environmental Health<\/p>\n<p>\u8207\u98df\u7269\u63a5\u89f8\u7684\u8868\u9762\u5fc5\u9808\u5e73\u6574\uff0c \u5bb9\u6613\u6e05\u6f54\uff0c\u7121\u5438\u6536\u7279\u6027\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u6ac3\u6aaf\uff0c\u7827\u677f\uff0c\u9910\u5177\uff0c\u8a2d\u5099\uff09<\/p>\n<p>Surfaces that come in contact with food MUST be smooth, cassily cleanable, and non-absorbent (eg,counters, cutting boards, utensils, equipment.)<br \/>\n\u4e0d\u4f7f\u7528\u934d\u92c5\u6216\u642a\u74f7\u5857\u5c64\u708a\u5177\u6216\u9910\u5177<br \/>\nDo NOT use galvanized or enamel coated cookware or utensils\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u6709\u7684\u98df\u5177\u53ca\u716e\u98df\u8a2d\u5099\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u71d2\u70e4\u7528\u5177\u548c\u6df1\u6cb9\u70b8\u934b\uff08\u898b\u4e0b\u6587\uff09 -\u5fc5\u9808\u5b89\u88dd\u5728\u81e8\u6642\u98df\u7269\u5834\u6240\u5167\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u7576\u5730\u6d88\u9632\u7f72\u53e6\u6709\u898f\u5b9a<\/p>\n<p>ALL utensils and cooking equipment-except for barbecue units and deep fat fryers (see below) \u2013MUST be inside the temporary food facility unless otherwise required by the local fire department<\/p>\n<p>\u98df\u7269\u5132\u5b58\u548c\u9673\u5217\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>Food storage and display:<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u6709\u98df\u7269\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u51b0\uff09\u548c\u98df\u7269\u5bb9\u5668\u5fc5\u9808\u5b58\u653e\u81e8\u6642\u98df\u7269\u8a2d\u65bd\u5167\uff0c\u64f1\u7f6e\u5728\u96e2\u958b\u5730\u677f\u7684\u5668\u5177\u67b6\u6216\u6ac3\u6aaf\u4e0a<\/p>\n<p>All food (including ice) and food containers MUST be stored inside the temporary food facility and off the floor on shelving or counters<\/p>\n<p>\u5df2\u6253\u958b\u6216\u7121\u5305\u88dd\u7684\u98df\u7269\u4e0d\u53ef\u5b58\u653e\u6216\u9673\u5217\u5728\u670d\u52d9\u6ac3\u6aaf<\/p>\n<p>NO open or unpackaged food may be stored or displayed at service counters.<br \/>\n\u8abf\u5473\u54c1\u5fc5\u9808\u5b58\u653e\u5728\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u5c0f\u5305\uff0c\u6cf5\u578b\u5bb9\u5668\uff0c\u6216\u64e0\u58d3\u5bb9\u5668<br \/>\nCondiments MUST be in single-service packets, pump-type containers, or squeeze containers<\/p>\n<p>\u4f8b\u5916\uff1a\u7528\u54c1\u548c\u7121\u6f5b\u5728\u5371\u5bb3\u98df\u54c1\u5728\u672a\u958b\u555f\u539f\u5546\u696d\u5305\u88dd\u72c0\u614b\u4e0b\u53ef\u5b58\u5132\u5728\u98df\u54c1\u6524\u4f4d\u4ee5\u5916<\/p>\n<p>EXCEPTION: Supplies and non-potentially hazardous foods in unopened original commercial packaging may be stored outside the facility<\/p>\n<p>\u76e1\u91cf\u6e1b\u5c11\u88f8\u624b\u63a5\u89f8\u98df\u7269\u3002\u53ea\u8981\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u9069\u7528\u7684\u5668\u5177\uff0c\u5982\u9257\uff0c\u98df\u54c1\u7528\u7d19\uff0c\u6216\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u624b\u5957<\/p>\n<p>Minimize bare hand contact with food. Use appropriate utensils such as tongs ,food tissue, or disposable gioves whenever practical<\/p>\n<p>\u9732\u5929\u71d2\u70e4\u6216\u6df1\u6cb9\u70b8\u5340\u57df\u5fc5\u9808\u9032\u884c\u5206\u9694\uff0c\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u516c\u773e\u9032\u5165<br \/>\nOPEN AIR BARBECUE AND DEEP FAT FRYING\u00a0 Perimeter fencing MUST be provided to prevent public access to open-air barbecue or deep fat frying area<\/p>\n<p>\u71d2\u70e4\u548c\u6df1\u6cb9\u70b8\u98df\u54c1\u5141\u8a31\u5728\u5c01\u9589\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u6524\u4f4d\u5916\u98df\u7528<\/p>\n<p>Barbequing and deep-fat frying ate allowed OUTSIDE an enclosed food facility.<\/p>\n<p>\u70f9\u98ea\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u98df\u54c1\u5fc5\u9808\u5b58\u653e\u6838\u51c6\u7684\u5c01\u9589\u5340\u57df\u5167<\/p>\n<p>Prior to cooking ,all food must be stored INSIDE an approved enclosed area.<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u6709\u70f9\u98ea\u5f8c\u98df\u7269\u5fc5\u9808\u7acb\u5373\u79fb\u56de\u6838\u51c6\u7684\u5167\u90e8\u5340\u57df\u4ee5\u4f5c\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b65\u88fd\u5099\uff0c\u4fdd\u6eab\uff0c\u6216\u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52d9<\/p>\n<p>Immediately after cooking .all food MUST be moved back to an approved INSIDE area for further preparation, hot holding, or service.<\/p>\n<p>WASTE<br \/>\n\u5ee2\u6c34-\u6bcf\u500b\u98df\u54c1\u6524\u4f4d\u5fc5\u9808\u914d\u5099\u6db2\u614b\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5bb9\u5668\u3002\u6240\u6709\u6db2\u9ad4\u5ee2\u7269\u5fc5\u9808\u8655\u7406\u653e\u7f6e\u5728\u6838\u51c6\u7684\u5bb9\u5668\u5167\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff0cgraywater bins\uff09\u548c\u4e0b\u6c34\u9053\u3002<br \/>\nWastewater \u2013 a container for liquid waste MUST be provided INSIDE each facility .All liquid waste MUST then be disposed of into approved containers (eg,graywater bins) the sanitary sewer<\/p>\n<p>\u5783\u573e\u6876-\u6bcf\u500b\u98df\u54c1\u6524\u4f4d\u5fc5\u9808\u914d\u5099\u5bb9\u5668\u4ee5\u5b58\u7f6e\u98df\u54c1\u6b98\u7559\u3001\u5783\u573e\u548c\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u3002\u98df\u54c1\u6b98\u7559\u3001\u5783\u573e\u548c\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u5fc5\u9808\u5132\u5b58\u5728\u9632\u6f0f\u7684\u5bb9\u5668\u5167\uff0c\u4e26\u8655\u7406\u653e\u5165dumpsters\u6216\u5783\u573e\u7f50<\/p>\n<p>Trash \u2013 a container for food waste .garbage, and refuse MUST be provided INSIDE each facility. All trash and food waste, garbage, and refuse MUST be stored in leak \u2013proof containers and disposed of into dumpsTers or garbage cans.\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6cb9\u8102-\u70f9\u8abf\u6216\u6df1\u6cb9\u70b8\u934b\u6cb9\u8102\u5fc5\u9808\u4ee5\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u885b\u751f\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u4f7f\u7528\u6cb9\u8102\u5bb9\u5668<br \/>\nGrease \u2013 cooking or deep fat fryer grease MUST be disposed of in a safe and sanitary manner such as a lallow container<\/p>\n<p>\u6728\u70ad\u548c\u7164\u7403\u5fc5\u9808\u4ee5\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u885b\u751f\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u9032\u884c\u8655\u7406<\/p>\n<p>Charcoal and briquettes MUST be disposed of in a safe and sanitary manner<\/p>\n<p>TOLET FACILITIES<\/p>\n<p>\u6bcf\u500b\u81e8\u6642\u98df\u54c1\u8a2d\u65bd200\u82f1\u5c3a\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u5fc5\u9808\u914d\u5099\u7d93\u6838\u51c6\u7684\u885b\u751f\u8a2d\u65bd<\/p>\n<p>Approved toilet facilities MUST be provided within 200 feet of each temporary food facility<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u4f7f\u7528\u4fbf\u651c\u5f0f\u5ec1\u6240\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u6709\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u6d17\u624b\u53f0\uff0c\u4e26\u914d\u5099\u80a5\u7682\u548c\u624b\u7d19\u6a5f<\/p>\n<p>When portable toilets are used , they MUST be provided with an andequale munber of handwashing stations equipped with both soap and paper towel dispensers<\/p>\n<p>APPITIONAL REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>\u63d0\u4f9b\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u98f2\u7528\u6c34\uff0c\u4e26\u4fdd\u8b49\u4f86\u81ea\u7d93\u6838\u51c6\u7684\u4f9b\u61c9\u4f86\u6e90<\/p>\n<p>An adequate supply of potable water MUST be provided from an approved source.<\/p>\n<p>\u98f2\u6599\u7528\u51b0\u584a\u5fc5\u9808\u8207\u7528\u65bc\u964d\u6eab\u7684\u51b0\u584a\u5206\u958b\u5b58\u653e\u3002\u8acb\u8a18\u4f4f\uff0c\u51b0\u662f\u98df\u7269<\/p>\n<p>Beverage ice MUST be kept separate from ice used for cold-holding. MUST be smooth and cleanable\u2026\u2026smooth pavement , plywood , canvas etc\u2026\u2026grass or dirt floors MUST be covered with approved\u00a0tarps or plywood.\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u81e8\u6642\u98df\u7269\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0c\u8655\u7406\u975e\u9810\u5148\u5305\u88dd\u98df\u54c1\u61c9\u92ea\u8a2d\u7531\u701d\u9752\u6df7\u51dd\u571f\uff0c\u5805\u56fa\u6728\u6599\uff0c\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u985e\u4f3c\u7684\u6750\u6599\u4f5c\u70ba\u6750\u6599\u7684\u5730\u9762\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTemporary be noted that barbecues , grills ,or other equipment approved for<\/p>\n<p>outdoor cooking may be located adjacent to the temporary food facility if local building and fire codes prohibit cooking inside the temporary food facility (California Health and Safety Code Section 114341)<br
