\u6731\u526f\u8655\u9577\u5728\u9019\u7bc7\u984c\u70ba\u300c\u4e0d\u61c9\u6392\u9664\u81fa\u7063\u53c3\u8207\u300d(Don\u2019t exclude Taiwan)\u7684\u6295\u66f8\u4e2d\u6307\u51fa: \u53f0\u7063\u8207\u52a0\u5dde\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u582a\u7a31\u5177\u5168\u7403\u793a\u7bc4\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff1a\u53f0\u7063\u662f\u52a0\u5dde\u7684\u7b2c\u4e09\u5927\u8cbf\u6613\u5925\u4f34\u548c\u7b2c\u5341\u56db\u5927\u8fb2\u7522\u54c1\u5e02\u5834\u3002\u53f0\u7063\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u7b2c21\u5927\u7d93\u6fdf\u9ad4\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u548c\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u9818\u57df\u7684\u9818\u5c0e\u8005-\u751f\u7522\u5168\u7403\u8d85\u904e60%\u7684\u6676\u7247\u3002\u53f0\u7063\u5927\u591a\u6578\u534a\u5c0e\u9ad4\u5927\u5ee0\u90fd\u5728\u52a0\u5dde\u548c\u7f8e\u570b\u6295\u8cc7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6211\u5011\u547c\u7c72\u806f\u5408\u570b\u9ad4\u7cfb\u61c9\u6539\u6b63\u6b64\u4e00\u4f5c\u6cd5\uff0c\u627f\u8a8d\u81fa\u7063\u5728\u570b\u969b\u821e\u53f0\u61c9\u6709\u7684\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e26\u63a5\u7d0d\u5176\u53c3\u8207\u76f8\u95dc\u6703\u8b70\u3002\u552f\u6709\u651c\u624b\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u5171\u5275\u66f4\u7f8e\u597d\u3001\u5149\u660e\u7684\u672a\u4f86\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u5168\u7403\u793e\u6703\u7684\u798f\u7949\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u5df2\u6e96\u5099\u8ca2\u737b\u51fa\u5b83\u7684\u529b\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u99d0\u820a\u91d1\u5c71\u8fa6\u4e8b\u8655\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u820a\u91d1\u5c71\u7d00\u4e8b\u5831\u662f\u5317\u52a0\u5dde\u6700\u5927\u7684\u4e3b\u6d41\u5831\u7d19\uff0c\u7d19\u672c\u767c\u884c\u91cf\u7d0425\u842c\u4efd\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u5ee3\u6cdb\u3002\u9019\u7bc7\u6295\u66f8\u4fc2\u8a72\u5831\u9023\u7e8c\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5e74\u520a\u51fa\u7d93\u6587\u8655\u6709\u95dc\u81fa\u7063\u53c3\u8207UN\u53caICAO\u7b49\u91cd\u8981\u570b\u969b\u7d44\u7e54\u4e4b\u6295\u66f8<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t exclude Taiwan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taiwan\u2019s relationship with California is an exemplary demonstration of its importance on the global scale: Taiwan is California\u2019s third-largest trading partner and 14th-largest agricultural market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taiwan is the world\u2019s 21st-largest economy, and a leader in artificial intelligence and semiconductors \u2014 producing over 60% of the world\u2019s chips. Most of Taiwan\u2019s leading semiconductor companies have invested in California and the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, Taiwan is a central aviation hub in East Asia, with 51 direct flights each week between San Francisco and Taiwan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As such, the California state Senate recently passed a resolution stating that Taiwan has \u201cthe ability and willingness to contribute to international society, and strives toward meaningful participation in important international organizations.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 80th U.N. General Assembly runs through Sept. 29. The International Civil Aviation Organization Assembly will be held from Sept. 23 to Oct. 3 in Montreal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, the U.N. and the aviation group, a U.N. agency, continually exclude Taiwan based on a misinterpretation of U.N. Resolution 2758. While the resolution has been weaponized as a \u201cone China principle,\u201d it actually does not mention Taiwan, nor ascribes China any right to represent Taiwan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We call on the United Nations to correct this and include Taiwan in its assemblies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only by working together can we create a brighter future. For the betterment of our global community, Taiwan is ready to chip in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
