\u300c\u65b0\u51a0\u80ba\u708e\u300d(COVID-19)\u56b4\u5cfb\u75ab\u60c5\u5c0d\u5168\u4eba\u985e\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u53ca\u751f\u6d3b\u9020\u6210\u6df1\u9060\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u8d85\u904e1\u5104\u4eba\u78ba\u8a3a\uff0c\u8fd13\u767e\u842c\u5bf6\u8cb4\u751f\u547d\u5df2\u88ab\u596a\u8d70\uff0c\u8fc4\u4eca\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u4ecd\u5728\u7aed\u529b\u5c0d\u6297\u75ab\u60c5\u3002\u503c\u6b64WHO\u5e79\u4e8b\u9577\u8b5a\u5fb7\u585e(Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus)\u5ba3\u5e03COVID-19\u70ba\u300c\u570b\u969b\u95dc\u6ce8\u7dca\u6025\u516c\u885b\u4e8b\u4ef6\u300d(PHEIC)\u5c46\u6eff\u4e00\u5e74\u4e4b\u969b\uff0c\u5404\u65b9\u6301\u7e8c\u5927\u8072\u75be\u547c\u5718\u7d50\u6297\u75ab\u4e4b\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002\u800c\u81fa\u7063\u5728\u53cb\u90a6\u53ca\u7406\u5ff5\u76f8\u8fd1\u570b\u5bb6\u6301\u7e8c\u5354\u52a9\u4e0b\uff0c\u96d6\u5c1a\u672a\u7372\u9080\u518d\u4ee5\u89c0\u5bdf\u54e1\u8eab\u5206\u53c3\u8207WHA\uff0c\u4f46\u6280\u8853\u6027\u53c3\u8207WHO\u5df2\u7565\u898b\u6539\u5584\uff0c\u60df\u4ecd\u9060\u9060\u4e0d\u6577\u81fa\u7063\u5be6\u969b\u6240\u9700\u3002\u57fa\u6b64\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u61c7\u5207\u547c\u7c72WHO\u79c9\u6301\u5c08\u696d\u3001\u4e2d\u7acb\u4e4b\u539f\u5247\uff0c\u5b8c\u6574\u63a5\u7d0d\u81fa\u7063\u53c3\u8207WHO\u76f8\u95dc\u6703\u8b70\u3001\u6d3b\u52d5\u8207\u6a5f\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u300c\u81fa\u7063\u6a21\u5f0f\u300d\u6c11\u4e3b\u9632\u75ab\u7d93\u9a57\u5df2\u6210\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u6297\u75ab\u5178\u7bc4\uff0c\u6211\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u65b7\u4ee5\u884c\u52d5\u843d\u5be6\u300c\u81fa\u7063\u80fd\u5e6b\u5fd9\uff0c\u4e14\u81fa\u7063\u6b63\u5728\u5e6b\u5fd9\u300d\uff0c\u6df1\u7372\u570b\u969b\u793e\u6703\u80af\u5b9a\u53ca\u8b9a\u63da\uff0cCOVID-19\u66f4\u4f7f\u570b\u969b\u793e\u6703\u8a8d\u540c\u6211\u570b\u722d\u53d6\u52a0\u5165\u5168\u7403\u9632\u75ab\u5408\u4f5c\u6a5f\u5236\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u53ca\u5fc5\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u6211\u570b\u53c3\u8207WHO\u8072\u91cf\u7a7a\u524d\u5f37\u52c1\uff0c109\u5e745\u6708\u53ca11\u6708\u5169\u5ea6WHA\u6703\u8b70\uff0c\u5171\u6709\u7f8e\u570b\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u3001\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9e\u3001\u7d10\u897f\u862d\u3001\u6cd5\u570b\u3001\u82f1\u570b\u3001\u5fb7\u570b\u3001\u4e39\u9ea5\u3001\u8377\u862d\u53ca\u745e\u5178\u7b49\u5404\u570b\u9818\u5c0e\u4eba\u53ca\u9ad8\u968e\u653f\u5e9c\u5b98\u54e1\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5168\u740380\u9918\u570b\u8d85\u904e1,700\u540d\u570b\u6703\u8b70\u54e1\u516c\u958b\u547c\u7c72WHO\u63a5\u7d0d\u81fa\u7063\uff0c\u570b\u969b\u5a92\u9ad4\u5c0d\u81fa\u7063\u7684\u6b63\u9762\u5831\u5c0e\u6216\u5c08\u6587\u8d85\u904e3,500\u7bc7\uff0c\u6211\u570b\u969b\u80fd\u898b\u5ea6\u53ca\u53cb\u6211\u52d5\u80fd\u5747\u986f\u8457\u63d0\u5347\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u6c92\u6709\u570b\u5bb6\u80fd\u7368\u81ea\u9762\u5c0d\u75ab\u60c5\u4fb5\u8972\uff0c\u570b\u969b\u5408\u4f5c\u624d\u662f\u6210\u529f\u6297\u75ab\u7684\u552f\u4e00\u9014\u5f91\uff0c\u81fa\u7063\u6709\u610f\u9858\u4e5f\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u626e\u6f14\u570b\u969b\u793e\u6703\u9632\u75ab\u5fa9\u7526\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u5925\u4f34\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4ecd\u5c07\u79c9\u6301\u300c\u5c08\u696d\u3001\u52d9\u5be6\u3001\u6709\u8ca2\u737b\u300d\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\uff0c\u7e7c\u7e8c\u63a8\u52d5\u5236\u5ea6\u5316\u53c3\u8207WHO\uff0c\u5018\u80fd\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u5c07\u53ef\u4f7f\u66f4\u591a\u570b\u5bb6\u53d7\u60e0\uff0c\u4e5f\u80fd\u4f7fWHO\u8207\u570b\u969b\u5171\u540c\u9632\u75ab\u5408\u4f5c\u66f4\u5177\u6210\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure Care Index)\uff0c\u81fa\u7063\u5df2\u9023\u7e8c\u4e09\u5e74\u5c45\u5168\u7403\u4e4b\u51a0\u3002\u9019\u6b21\u75ab\u60c5\u81fa\u7063\u4e5f\u5c55\u73fe\u5f37\u52c1\u7684\u91ab\u885b\u91cf\u80fd\u53ca\u5805\u5f37\u7684\u7814\u767c\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u5728\u77ed\u6642\u9593\u5167\u6210\u529f\u7814\u767c15\u5206\u9418\u5feb\u7be9\u8a66\u5291\uff0c\u5ee3\u7372\u4e9e\u6d32\u570b\u5bb6\u5c0b\u6c42\u6280\u8f49\u53d6\u7d93\u3002\u81fa\u7063\u4e5f\u7a4d\u6975\u6295\u5165\u75ab\u82d7\u7814\u767c\u53ca\u63a1\u8cfc\u76f8\u95dc\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u52a0\u5165\u7531\u300c\u5168\u7403\u75ab\u82d7\u514d\u75ab\u806f\u76df\u300d(GAVI)\u3001\u300c\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u9810\u9632\u5275\u65b0\u806f\u76df\u300d(CEPI)\u8207WHO\u5408\u4f5c\u4e3b\u5c0e\u7684\u300cCOVID-19\u75ab\u82d7\u53d6\u5f97\u53ca\u5206\u914d\u6a5f\u5236\u300d(COVAX Facility)\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u570b\u5167\u7814\u7a76\u6a5f\u69cb\u8207\u751f\u6280\u5ee0\u5546\u52a0\u901f\u75ab\u82d7\u7814\u767c\u53ca\u7522\u88fd\uff0c\u7d50\u5408\u81fa\u7063\u5728ICT\u7522\u696d\u3001\u751f\u6280\u7522\u696d\u53ca\u91ab\u7642\u5c08\u696d\u7522\u696d\u529b\u91cf\uff0c\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u7814\u767c\u75ab\u82d7\u52aa\u529b\u5e36\u4f86\u66f4\u826f\u597d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/li><li><strong>\u5171\u540c\u53c3\u8207\u6539\u9769<\/strong><strong>WHO<\/strong><strong>\u53ca\u5168\u7403\u75ab\u60c5\u61c9\u8655\u4f5c\u70ba\uff1a<\/strong>\u70ba\u907f\u514d\u672a\u4f86\u5168\u7403\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u75ab\u60c5\u518d\u5ea6\u7206\u767c\uff0cWHO\u6b63\u7a4d\u6975\u6aa2\u8a0e\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u61c9\u8655\u6a5f\u5236\u53ca\u4f5c\u70ba\uff0c2020\u5e745\u6708WHA\u901a\u904e\u6c7a\u8b70\u6210\u7acb\u300c\u75ab\u60c5\u6e96\u5099\u53ca\u56e0\u61c9\u7368\u7acb\u8abf\u67e5\u5c0f\u7d44\u300d(International
