Are you looking to contribute to the movement against gender based violence? AACI is looking for an Advocate to join their fantastic domestic violence and human trafficking program, Asian Women’s Home. AACI is a community health organization serving the marginalized communities in Santa Clara County. This professional opportunity would be great for a resourceful, independent worker with case management experience.
Position Summary:
The Advocate provides case management, community referrals and education for domestic violence survivors and their families. This position would advocate for survivors who are underserved and underrepresented due to their race and ethnicity, language, and immigration status.

The ideal candidate:
- Has a Bachelor’s degree in social work, behavioral sciences, other related fields or equivalent working experience.
- One to two years of experience providing direct services to survivors of trauma
- Is familiar with trauma informed care
- Has experience with case management and advocacy services
- Bilingual in Mandarin
- 40 or 65 hour Domestic Violence-Sexual Assault training offered through an authorized California provider
